Mariner's Muse

Each piece is carved and pressed onto handmade Nepalese Lokta paper. The tattoos adorning the mermaid figures represent different environmental elements—water, earth, and air. Inspired by American Traditional tattoo styles, the designs were carved from linoleum blocks.
